摘要
以小西煤矿胶带巷出现的大变形破坏为研究对象,分析了变形破坏特征,得到了导致胶带巷出现大变形破坏的主要原因有高地应力、围岩岩性及原支护方式不耦合等,结合深部巷道支护特点及胶带巷所处实际地质条件,设计了"恒组大变形锚杆+普通锚网索+底板反底拱"支护方案。应用结果表明,巷道顶板变形量最大为70 mm,底板最大鼓起量为80mm,两帮最大移近量为130 mm,巷道围岩的变形情况能够满足胶带巷使用要求,该方案能够有效控制巷道围岩变形。
The large deformation and failure of the belt roadway in Xiaoxi Mine was taken as the research object,the deformation and failure characteristics were analyzed,and the main causes of large deformation and failure of the belt lane were:high geostress,surrounding rock lithology and original support mode not coupled.In addition,combined with the characteristics of deep roadway support and the actual geological conditions of the belt roadway,the support scheme of“constant large deformation anchor rod+ordinary anchor net cable+bottom plate anti-bottom arch”was designed.The application results showed that the maximum deformation of the roadway roof was 70 mm,the maximum bulging amount of the bottom plate 80 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two gangs 130 mm.The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway can met the requirements of the roadway.The scheme could effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway.
