阳煤发供电分公司第三热电厂3号锅炉刮板捞渣机运行中经常发生链条从爬坡导轮组脱出,须在短时间内锅炉灭火抢修,但抢修过程中存在掉焦伤人的隐患。针对这一问题,经过现场分析,制定了在锅炉水封关断插板出口处加装插板门的安全措施。改进措施实施后,问题得到了解决,为同类型检修提供了借鉴。

In the operation of No.3 boiler scraper slag machine of the third thermal power plant of Yangquan Power Supply Branch,the chain broke out from the climbing guide wheel set.The boiler must be fire extinguished and repaired in a short time,but there is a burnt injury in the repair process.Hidden dangers.In response to this problem,after on-site analysis,safety measures were added to install the plug-in door at the exit of the boiler water seal shut-off board.After the implementation of the improvement measures,the problem was solved and a reference was provided for the same type of maintenance.
