摘要
长治经坊煤矿采煤机使用的刀型截齿常常失效,严重影响工作面生产。针对这一问题,分析了该矿刀型截齿失效的原因和主要的失效形式,从设计、工艺、使用方面提出了刀型截齿的改善措施。现场实践表明,改进后的截齿具有优良的性能,降低了截齿失效的概率,提高了生产效益。
The cutter-type picks used in the coal mining machine of Changzhi Jingfang Mine often failed,which seriously affected the production of the working face.Aiming at this problem,the causes of the failure of the miner type pick and the main failure modes were analyzed.The improvement measures of the cutter picks were proposed from the aspects of design,process and use.Field practice showed that the improved pick had excellent performance,reduced the probability of pick failure,and improved production efficiency.
