摘要 针对云驾岭矿空压机大量余热散失浪费的现状,提出热能回收的改造方案,利用循环管道的冷水与空压机产生的热量进行热交换,实现热能回收利用,即省去了矿井各项制造热水所需能源费用,又减少了空压机的高温运行状态,节能又环保。 In view of the current situation of large amount of waste heat loss and waste in the air compressor of Yunjialing Mine,a retrofit scheme for heat energy recovery was proposed,which used the cold water of the circulating pipeline to exchange heat with the heat generated by the air compressor to realize heat energy recovery and utilization,which saved the need.The energy costs required for the production of hot water in the mine reduced the high-temperature operation of the air compressor,saving energy and environmental protection.
