矿质元素诱导盐渍化土壤黑果枸杞原花青素、多糖和还原性糖累积的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究盐渍化土壤黑果枸杞非繁殖器官Cu、Mn、Mg、Cl对果实原花青素(OPC)、多糖和还原性糖累积的影响。以栽培于土壤总盐量0. 5%~1. 0%盐渍化土壤的黑果枸杞为试验材料,使用相关及非线性拟合方法模拟上述指标作用效应。结果表明:中盐渍土条件下,OPC含量多为20~30 mg/g。植株体中量元素Ca和Mg之间呈显著正相关,植株体Mg与多糖显著正相关。微量元素Cu和多糖、还原性糖及原花青素(OPC)呈负相关。Mn、Cu与Ca、Mg之间存在激发作用,Mn、Cu可能增加了Ca、Mg活性并增强Ca、Mg的吸收。根系中Ca与多糖呈极显著负相关(P <0. 01)。根系中Mn元素含量与Ca和Mg呈极显著正相关,后两者也存在极显著正相关性(P <0. 01)。多糖和根系中Mn存在负相关;还原性糖累积量受根系中Cu的一定影响,OPC与根系中Mg显示正相关,但均未达到显著水平(P>0. 05)。当植株内源氯元素大于5. 73%,OPC含量显著降低; Mn元素大于67 mg/kg,随Mn在植株富集量增加,果实OPC含量显著减少。果实多糖与植株Mn元素存在显著正相关,当Mn元素小于等于84 mg/kg,果实多糖含量显著增加。根系中Ca与果实多糖呈极显著负相关,根系中富集较多Ca将抑制果实多糖累积。因此,表明营养物质累积可能受到盐渍化土壤生境矿质元素协同效应影响。这将为盐渍化生境黑果枸杞营养物质的代谢及合成调控提供一定应用参考。 To study the effects of Cu,Mn,Mg and Cl on the accumulation of Lycium ruthenicum OPC,polysaccharides and reducing sugars in salinized soil,we examined the relation of the measured design features to nutrients accumulation with ions using regression.The results showed that OPC content was more than 20-30 mg/g under the condition of medium saline soil.There was a significant positive correlation between Ca and Mg in the plant and a negative correlation between Mg and polysaccharide in the plant.The trace element Cu was negatively correlated with polysaccharides,reducing sugars and procyanidins (OPC).There were excitations between Mn,Cu,Ca and Mg.Mn and Cu might increased the activity of Ca and Mg and enhance the absorption of Ca and Mg.Ca was negatively correlated with polysaccharides in root system ( P ﹤0.01).The content of Mn in root was significantly positively correlated with Ca and Mg,and the latter two were also significantly positively correlated ( P ﹤0.01).There was a negative correlation between polysaccharides and Mn in root system.Reduced sugar accumulation was affected by Cu in the root system,and OPC showed a positive correlation with Mg in the root system,but it did not reach a significant level ( P ﹥ 0.05).When the endogenous chlorine was greater than 5.73%,the OPC content was significantly reduced.Mn element was greater than 67 mg/kg,and with the increased of Mn concentration in the plant,the content of OPC in the fruit significantly decreased.There was a significant positive correlation between fruit polysaccharides and plant Mn element.When Mn element was less than or equal to 84 mg/kg,the content of fruit polysaccharides increased significantly.Ca was negatively correlated with fruit polysaccharide in root system,and the accumulation of fruit polysaccharide was inhibited by Ca in root system.Therefore,the nutrient accumulation might be affected by the synergistic effect of salinized soil habitat mineral elements.This would provide a reference for the metabolism and synthesis of nutrients in salinized Chinese wolfberry fruit.
