摘要
综述了提高有机硅树脂材料粘接性能的方法,如:表面处理、等离子处理、涂底液法、氧化处理、自分层技术和表面嫁接技术等,并对有机硅树脂粘接技术优化的前景进行展望。
The paper briefly introduced the shortcomings of silicone resins and the methods of increasing the bonding properties of silicone resins, such as the surface treatment, plasma treatment, liquid coating method, oxidation treatment, self-layering technology, surface grafting technology, etc. Finally, the prospect of silicone resin bonding optimization technology was presented.
