This paper analyzed the reasons of sheet metal deformation,established the evaluation method of sheet metal deformation,and discussed the sheet metal deformation solution from several aspects,including the body design,shape design and formulation design of the reinforcing sheets,so as to provide some reference for reinforcing sheet suppliers and automobile m anufacturers.
