摘要
以1-氨丙基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐和甘氨酸为原料,采用两步法合成了一种新型功能性离子液体1-氨丙基-3-甲基咪唑甘氨酸盐([APMim][Gly]),考察对CO_2的吸收性能。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)等进行表征,分析其结构及热稳定性。与N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液对比,研究了压力为1 MPa,不同质量分数的[APMim][Gly]在不同温度下对CO_2的吸收能力,并进行多次循环再生,探讨该离子液体[IL]的循环稳定性。结果表明:在30℃时,质量分数为20%的[APMim][Gly]溶液具有最佳的吸收能力,对CO_2的吸收量可达1.32 mol/mol,远高于MDEA溶液。该离子液体具有良好的再生能力,经过6次循环其吸收率仍高达92.4%。
A new functional ionic liquid 1-aminopropyl-3-methylimidazolium glycinate([APMim][Gly])was synthesized by a two-step method using 1-aminopropyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide and glycine as raw materials to investigate the absorption of CO2.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG)were used to characterize its structure and thermal stability.Compared with N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)solution,the CO2 absorption capacity of different mass fractions[APMim][Gly]was studied at different temperatures and pressures of 1 MPa.The cyclic stability of the ionic liquid was investigated by multiple regenerations.The results show that[APMim][Gly]solution with 20%mass fraction has the best absorption capacity at 30℃,and the absorption amount of CO2 can reach 1.32 mol/mol,which is much higher than that of MDEA solution.Besides,the ionic liquid owns good regeneration ability,and its absorption rate is still as high as 92.4%after 6 cycles.
