摘要 采用沉淀-浸渍法制备了不同BiOI负载量的BiOI/ZrO_2催化剂,并考察了不同BiOI负载量对BiOI/ZrO_2催化剂光催化降解甲基橙性能的影响.结果表明,随BiOI负载量的增加,BiOI/ZrO2催化剂吸附甲基橙和降解甲基橙的能力都先升高后降低.当BiOI与ZrO_2物质的量比为0.5时,催化剂吸附甲基橙的能力和光催化降解甲基橙的能力都达到最佳,甲基橙吸附率达到了69.7%,甲基橙降解率达到了94.9%.在BiOI负载量相同和制备方法相同情况下,BiOI与ZrO_2物质的量比为0.5的催化剂吸附和降解甲基橙能力都比纯BiOI的强.甲基橙在不同BiOI负载量的BiOI/ZrO_2催化剂上降解反应为一级反应,BiOI与ZrO_2物质的量比为0.5的催化剂上速率常数最大(0.024 min^(-1)). BiOI/ZrO2 catalysts with different loadings were prepared by a precipitation-impregnation method.The effects of different BiOI loadings on the performance of BiOI/ZrO2 catalysts for the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange were investigated.The results showed that the ability of BiOI/ZrO2 catalyst to adsorb methyl orange and degrade methyl orange was increased first and then was decreased with the increasing of BiOI loading.When the ratio of BiOI to ZrO2 was 0.5,we found the ability of the catalyst to adsorb methyl orange and the ability of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange were the best.The adsorption rate of methyl orange reached 69.7%,and the degradation rate of methyl orange reached 94.9%.Under the same conditions of BiOI loading and preparation method,the ability of the catalyst with a ratio of BiOI to ZrO2 of 0.5 to adsorb and degrade methyl orange was stronger than that of pure BiOI.The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange over BiOI/ZrO2 catalysts with the different BiOI loadings was followed the first order reaction,and the rate constant over the BiOI/ZrO2 catalyst with a molar ratio of BiOI to ZrO2 of 0.5 was the largest.
