基于耦合循环剪切作用的浮选调浆机制研究

摘要 为了提高浮选分选效果,采用碘褪色过程模拟搅拌槽内物料混合过程,在不同搅拌机制作用下,研究分析了轴流式和径流式叶轮搅拌调浆的特点。在此基础上,提出了一种双叶轮组合式搅拌机制,并探究了流体功耗、混合时间、剪切性能以及混合效率等参数特点。结果表明:采用双叶轮组合搅拌可以有效实现流场耦合,最终选定了一种叶轮组合为新型调浆机制。 For improving flotation performance,the material mixing process in mixing tank is simulated with iodine fading process.The characteristics of pulp mixing with axial and radial flow impellers under the effect of different stirring mechanisms are summarized.A novel pulp mixing mechanism working with a combination of 2 impellers,which incorporates the advantages of the above mentioned 2 types of impellers is proposed.The characteristics of the pulp mixing mechanism under different impeller combinations,such as power consumption,mixing time,shearing performance and mixing efficiency,are investigated.Result of study shows that pulp mixing using a combination of 2 impellers can lead to effective coupling of flow field.Finally,an appropriate combination of impellers is selected as a model for further study.
