高灰难选煤泥浮选降灰试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对包头矿区高灰难选煤泥浮选精煤灰分偏高的问题,在实验室条件下,分别对煤油用量、浮选机刮泡时间、煤泥调浆时间、浮选柱降灰性能及<0. 5 mm粒级原煤磨矿-浮选条件进行探索,对比不同条件下的煤泥浮选效果。研究结果表明:高灰细泥和连生体的非选择性上浮是浮选精煤灰分偏高的重要原因,磨矿-浮选可使煤泥取得更好的浮选效果;在试验条件下,当磨矿时间为0. 50 min时,高灰难选煤泥浮选后可获得灰分为14. 98%、产率为61. 02%的浮选精煤。 In Baotou Mining Area,the concentrate yielded through flotation of high-ash hard-to-float fine coal is excessively high in ash.To address this problem,laboratory-scale test is made on such factors as dosage of kerosene,froth scraping time,pulp conditioning time,ash reduction level of flotation column and﹤0.5 mm fine coal flotation result in relation to grinding time,so as to compare the results obtained under different floatation conditions.Test result indicates that the increase of ash of concentrate is mainly attributed to the presence of high-ash fine coal and nonselective floating up of locked middlings.In comparison with other methods,grinding flotation can yield a much better result.Under test conditions,the use of this process at a grinding time of 0.50 minutes can yield a concentrate with an ash of 14.98%and a yield of 61.02%.
