摘要 目的探讨炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(IMT)的^(18)F-FDG PET/CT表现,以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的7例IMT患者的临床资料及^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像资料,男2例,女5例,年龄16~79岁,中位年龄57岁。结果 7例IMT中,5例单发,2例多发,共20个病灶。5例单发病灶,位于肺部3例,小腿1例,盆腔1例; 2例多发病灶中,1例累及纵隔、腹部及盆壁,1例位于腹壁及盆壁。15个病灶呈圆形或椭圆形软组织密度结节或肿块,5个病灶形态不规则,可见分叶;大部分病灶边界清楚、密度均匀。^(18)F-FDG摄取不同程度增高,SUVmax为13. 1(5. 9,19. 5),病灶最大径为2. 6(2. 0~4. 4) cm,病灶最大径与SUVmax无相关性(r=0. 411,P=0. 072)。5例患者行Ki-67检测,Ki-67与病灶SUVmax呈正相关(r=0. 794,P=0. 001)。结论 IMT的^(18)F-FDG PET/CT表现缺乏特异性;肿瘤^(18)F-FDG摄取的高低,在一定程度上能反映肿瘤细胞的恶性程度。 Objective To evaluate the 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging features of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT),so as to improve its diagnostic accuracy.Methods The clinical and 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging findings of 7 cases of IMT which were confirmed by pathology in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,including 2 males and 5 females,aged from 16 to 79 years old,median age was 57 years old.Results Of the 7 cases with 20 lesions of IMT,5 had a single lesion,and 2 cases had multiple ones.Of the 5 cases with single lesion,3 cases located in lung,1 case located in crus and 1 case located in pelvic cavity.Of the 2 cases with multiple lesions,1 case had involved mediastinum,abdomen and pelvic wall,and 1 case had involved the abdominal wall and pelvic wall.15 lesions were appeared as round or oval soft tissue density node or mass,5 lesions were appeared as irregular with lobulated.Most of the lesions were uniformly dense with clear boundary.The SUVmax of all lesions was 13.1(5.9,19.5),the maximum diameter was 2.6(2.0~4.4)cm.There was no correlation between SUVmax and the maximum diameter(r=0.411,P=0.072).The Ki-67 was detected in 5 cases,there was positive correlation between SUVmax and Ki-67(r=0.794,P=0.001).Conclusion The 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging features of IMT are lack of specificity.But the 18 F-FDG uptake of lesion can be used in predicting tumor malignancy.
