摘要
为满足企业对产品力值的管控需求,采用stm32F103芯片、数模转芯片件等器件,设计了一款带通讯的基于ARM处理器带继电器输出的数显式推拉力计,利用算法对高速采集到的数据进行处理,该仪器具有精度高、结构简单、价格低、响应速度快、可输出报警信号等优点,可实时显示力值。实验结果表明设计合理,可满足需求。
To meet the control requirements of enterprise,this paper presents a design scheme of display tension meter which utilize the algorithm to process the data collected at a high speed with the function of communication,using the device such as stm32F103 chip,d/a chip,etc.The instrument has advantages such as high precision,simple structure,low price,fast response speed and output a warning signal.The strength can be displayed in real-time.Experimental results show that the design is reasonable,and can meet the demands.
