基于LabVIEW的射频设备测试系统研究

摘要 射频设备自动测试系统可以提高测试的速率和准确率,论文研究了射频设备自动测试系统的构建方法。测试系统由软件和硬件两部分组成。软件用于实现人机交互和测试数据存储等功能,分为测试控制和数据处理两个部分。软件基于LabVIEW8.6平台开发,利用虚拟仪器软件结构框架(VISA)来实现对GPIB接口卡的编程。硬件用于产生测试信号及采集射频设备的辐射信号。测试系统利用GPIB接口卡与工控机组合作为系统控制器。该测试系统搭建简单、可扩展性强,能够满足对多种射频设备的测试要求。 The automatic test system of RF equipment can improve the test rate and accuracy.This paper studies the construction method of the automatic test system of RF equipment.The test system consists of two parts:software and hardware.The software is used to implement functions such as human-computer interaction and test data storage,and is divided into two parts:test control and data processing.The software is developed based on the LabVIEW 8.6 platform,and the virtual instrument software structure framework(VISA)is used to program the GPIB interface card.The hardware is used to generate test signal and to acquire signal from RF device.The test system uses the combination of the GPIB card and the computer as the system controller.The test system is simple to build and scalable,which can meet the test requirements for a variety of RF equipments.
