电厂节能管理技术实施方案研究

摘要 脱硫废水处理是火电厂深度节水的痛点和难点之一,以往的烟道喷雾蒸发技术在废水量过大时,容易引发烟道的腐蚀、结垢与堵塞问题,针对此,提出了一种新型的烟气半干法脱硫废水处理技术。首先阐释了该技术节能的工艺原理,而后,利用Chemkin软件对处理过程进行化学动力学建模,并结合实践,设定技术的实施条件、搭建实验系统,从而经由数值模拟和实验分析,确定关键影响因素,以为电厂节能管理技术的实施提供有效支撑。 Desulfurization wastewater treatment is one of the pain points and difficulties of deep water saving in thermal power plants.The past flue spray evaporation technology is prone to cause corrosion,fouling and blockage of flue gas when the waste water volume is too large.Therefore,a new flue gas semi dry desulphurization wastewater treatment technology is put forward.First,the technological principle of energy saving of the technology is explained,and then,Chemkin software is used to solve the problem.The physical process is modeled by chemical kinetics,and combined with practice,the implementation conditions of the technology are set up,and the experimental system is built.Through numerical simulation and experimental analysis,the key influencing factors are determined to provide effective support for the implementation of energy-saving management technology in power plants.
