中医药防治胃癌思路与方法探讨

Ideas and methods of traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating gastric cancer

结合文献及临床研究,分析胃癌的中医病名、病因病机,认为胃癌的主要病机是胃腑气阴两伤,邪毒稽留,血络瘀滞;治疗方面要紧扣本虚标实病性,谨遵扶正祛邪纲领分期施治;同时要结合胃腑通降之性,运用润降益胃解毒通络之法。

TCM disease name,etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer are analyzed by literatures and clinical researches.It is believed that the main pathogenesis of gastric carver is stomach injuries of Qi and Yin,Lingering pathogenic toxin and stagnation of blood network vessels.In the treatment of gastric cancer,we consider that the disease nature of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality should be fastened and the staged treatment should be carried out by differentially using the programme of strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens,which should meantime apply the therapy of moistened catharsis to benefit stomach as well as resolving toxin and dredging collaterals in combination with nature of stomach qi passing down.
