化痰平喘膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰湿蕴肺证临床观察

Clinical observation of Huatan Pingchuan paste on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-damp in the lung

目的:观察化痰平喘膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰湿蕴肺证的临床疗效。方法:将120例痰湿蕴肺证患者随机分为两组各60例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用化痰平喘膏,12天后观察临床疗效,比较两组CAT评分、肺功能指标(FEV1/FVC、FEV1%)以及血气分析指标(PaO_2、PaCO_2)的变化情况。结果:两组完成观察病例共112例,治疗组57例,对照组55例。治疗组CAT评分降低程度比对照组更加明显(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组FEV1/FVC、FEV1%水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PaO_2、PaCO_2水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰平喘膏联合西医治疗痰湿蕴肺证能明显提高患者的临床疗效,改善患者肺功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Pingchuan paste on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-damp in the lung.Methods:120 cases of patients with AECOPD of syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-damp in the lung were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Huatan Pingchuan paste on the basis of conventional western medicine.After 12 days,the clinical effect was observed,and the changes of CAT score,lung function indexes(FEV1/FVC,FEV1%)and blood gas analysis indexes(PaO2,PaCO2)were compared between two groups.Results:A total of 112 cases were completed in two groups,57 cases in treatment group and 55 cases in control group.The reduction of CAT score in treatment group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the differences of FEV1/FVC and FEV1%levels between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences of PaO2 and PaCO2 levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Pingchuan paste combined with western medicine for treating AECOPD of syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-damp in the lung can significantly enchance the clinical efficacy of patients,improve the lung function and quality of life of patients.
