基于中医传承辅助平台刘国安治疗心律失常用药规律分析

Analysis of medication rule of Liu Guo-an treating arrhythmia based on auxiliary platform of TCM inheritance

目的:运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件分析刘国安治疗心律失常的用药经验,挖掘其所用药物的频次。方法:通过对高频药物的主要功效进行分析,总结其治疗心律失常的学术思想,以利于指导临床用药。结果:在231首方剂中,涉及165味药物,对其进行"频次统计",得到治疗心律失常药物由高到低的排序,其中使用频次≥30的药物共39味,前10位分别是炒酸枣仁、当归、茯苓、丹参、川芎、黄芪、党参、枳壳、白术、柏子仁。结论:刘师认为心律失常病机以"虚、痰、热、瘀、气滞"为主,在治疗上多以本虚为主,兼顾宁心安神、行气活血化瘀、清热化痰等。

Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Liu Guo-an treating arrhythmia by software(V2.5)of auxiliary platform of TCM inheritance,and mine the frequency of used drugs.Methods:Through the analysis of main efficacy of high-frequent drugs,Liu Guo-an's academic thought on treatment of arrhythmia was summarized,in order to guide the clinical medication.Results:In 231 initial prescriptions,165 kinds of involved herbal drugs were analyzed by frequency statistics,and the sequence from high-to low-frequence of herbal drugs for treating arrhythmia was obtained.Among them,the herbal drugs whose using frequency was≥30 were 39 kinds in total.The top 10 kinds were respectively semen ziziphi spinosae,angelica sinensis,tuckahoe,salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizoma Chuanxiong,radix astragali,codonopsis pilosula,fructus aurantii,atractylodes macrocephala koidz and seman biotae.Conclusion:Liu Guo-an thinks that the pathogenesis of arrhythmia is mainly deficiency,phlegm,heat,stasis and qi stagnation.In the treatment,the deficiency is mostly taken as main,and the ataraxia,promoting qi and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis as well as clearing heat and resolving phlegm,etc.were also taken care.
