Status Analysis of Maternity Beds and Human Resources in a Certain District of Shanghai

目的 为了解上海某区产科床位和产科人员的现状,对区内医疗机构的产科服务能力做出客观评价,为区内产科资源调整提供科学依据。方法 对区内产科相关医疗机构的床位使用、人力资源和助产服务情况进行调查。结果 2013—2017年区内平均出生人口数为7306人;近5年区内医疗机构产科床位使用率有2年持续在91%以上;区内年均分娩量在5600左右,每年约有2200名的户籍孕产妇在外区分娩;2016—2017年产科医师平均助产效率为173.39%,助产士的平均助产效率为79.87%;危重孕产妇的发生率为0.22%,抢救成功率为98.38%,2017年度产科门诊医师的每天门诊量为47.34人次,剖宫产率为39.09%。结论 产科资源布局应作调整;加强产科队伍建设。

Objective To understand the current situation of obstetric beds and human resources in a certain area of Shanghai,to make an objective evaluation on the obstetric service capacity of medical institutions in the area,and to provide a scientific basis for the administrative department to formulate the development plan of maternal and child health services.Methods The utilization of obstetric beds,human resources and midwifery services in obstetric institutions were investigated.Results The average number of people born in 2013-2017 was 7306.In the last 5 years,the utilization rate of obstetric beds in midwifery medical institutions in the region has been over 91%for two years,and the average hospitalization rate has decreased year by year.The annual average number of births in the region was around 5,600,with about 2,200 registered mothers giving birth outside the region each year.The average midwifery efficiency of obstetricians from 2016 to 2017 was 173.39%,and that of midwives was 79.87%.The incidence of critical pregnant women was 0.22%,and the rescue success rate was 98.38%.In 2017,the number of outpatient obstetricians was 47.34,and the rate of cesarean section was 39.09%.Conclusion It is necessary to adjust the obstetric resources distribution,and strengthen the construction of obstetrics team.
