摘要 探讨采取互联网平台“慕课”教育、LBL、PBL、CBL、角色扮演法等多种教学方法相结合,运用于新的教学改革实践中的医患沟通教学。采用课前摸底,常规教学方法传授医患沟通基本技能;课中分组,多种教学方法演绎医患沟通角色互动;课后调研,问卷调查方法推动医患沟通持续改进等步骤,激发学生学习兴趣,挖掘教师教学潜能,重视和突出教与学方法延伸,在各个感官上充分激发教师与学生学习热情,授课动力。使教师在课堂上授课的形式更加精彩,学生学到的知识更加丰富,从而不断提高学生的医患沟通能力,达到理想教学效果。从问卷调查、学生反馈的意见建议来看,多种教学模式能够突破单一模式的局限,大幅度提高医师对于教学结果的满意度,值得推广及应用。 To investigate the application of multiple teaching method including MOOC based on internet,LBL,PBL,CBL and role playing,on the doctor-patient communication in practice of new teaching reform.Preclass questionnaires and routine teaching methods were used for teaching basic skills of doctor-patient communication.The class was grouped to demonstrate role interactions during doctor-patient communication using multiple teaching methods.After-class survey and questionnaires were used to promote doctor-patient communication,to stimulate students’learning interest,and to explore teachers’teaching potential.The extension of methods of teaching and learning was stressed and accentuated.Teachers and students’learning passion and teaching drive were fully incented from every perceptions.Therefore,the forms of teaching can be various;the knowledge learned can be fruitful;the students’doctor-patient communication skills can be improved;and the teaching outcome can be ideal.From what the questionnaires and students’feedback has revealed,multiple teaching methods may exceed the limit brought by single method,and may prominently improve the satisfaction of doctors to the teaching outcome,which is worth promoting and applying.
