摘要
以UHMWPE、水溶粘性麦芽糊精和PVA的混合粉末为原料,利用水基粘结剂的粘结作用,以3DP法初步打印制备超高分子量聚乙烯植入物。形成打印坯后,在去粉后进行两次加热操作,并在加热中间安排水浸法脱粘,从而得到打印制件。最后,利用医学CT、MRI等获得的数据,采用Mimics软件进行人体植入物的三维建模,以3DP法制备获得了UHMWPE植入物样件。
A mixed-powder of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE),maltodextrin and PVA was prepared to fabricate UHMWPE implants by 3DP method on the base of the effect of water-soluble adhesive. Then,the green part was performed by heating twice after de-powdering and debinding by water immersion between the heating operation. Finally,UHMWPE implant samples were fabricated by 3DP method after three-dimensional modeling was performed using Mimics software based on the digital data from medical imaging system such as CT and MRI.
