摘要 目的探究胃癌组织中Lgr5和β-catenin蛋白表达的差别及相关性。方法选择2012年1月~2017年12月间嘉兴市第一医院80例胃癌患者组织病理标本作为观察组,30例浅表性胃炎患者组织病理标本和30例萎缩性胃炎患者组织病理标本分别作为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测Lgr5和β-catenin蛋白的表达。结果 Lgr5和β-catenin蛋白在观察组中的表达率高于对照组,三者之间存在显著差异(χ2=12.937、13.654,P均<0.05)。Lgr5蛋白在胃癌中的表达与患者的组织分化程度及患者的肿瘤TNM分期存在明显相关性(P均<0.05);β-catenin蛋白在胃癌中的表达与患者是否存在淋巴结转移以及患者的肿瘤TNM分期存在明显相关性(P均<0.05)。同时,在胃癌组织中,Lgr5和β-catenin蛋白的表达呈明显相关性(rp=0.226,P=0.038)。结论在胃癌的发生发展过程中,Lgr5和β-catenin蛋白发挥着重要作用,二者的检测对于胃癌的靶向诊疗意义重大。 Objective To investigate the difference and correlation of Lgr5 and β-catenin protein expression in gastric cancer tissues.Methods Histopathological specimens of 80 gastric cancer patients in Jiaxing First Hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were selected as observation group.Histopathological specimens of 30 superficial gastritis patients and 30 atrophic gastritis patients were selected as the control group.The expression of Lgr5 and β-catenin protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression rates of Lgr5 and β-catenin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences among the three groups(χ^2=12.937 and 13.654,P<0.05).The expression of Lgr5 protein in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with the degree of tissue differentiation and the TNM stage of patients(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between the expression of β-catenin protein in gastric cancer and whether the patient had lymph node metastasis and tumor TNM stages(P<0.05).At the same time,the expression of Lgr5 and β-catenin protein was significantly correlated in gastric cancer tissues(rp=0.226,P=0.038).Conclusion Lgr5 and β-catenin proteins play an important role in the development of gastric cancer.The detection of these two is of great significance for the targeted diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
