恩替卡韦联合霉酚酸酯治疗乙肝病毒相关性肾炎的疗效

Efficacy of entecavir combined with mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of hepatitis B virus associated nephritis

目的研究乙肝病毒相关肾炎患者运用恩替卡韦+霉酚酸酯治疗的价值。方法选择我院2015年3月～2018年3月纳入的86例乙肝病毒相关性肾炎患者,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,各43例,研究组采用恩替卡韦+霉酚酸酯治疗,对照组采用恩替卡韦治疗,对比两组治疗结果。结果研究组总有效率为90.70%,明显高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05);治疗前两组的尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、胆固醇及甘油三酯水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组各指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组食欲、精神、睡眠及日常生活评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组各评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦+霉酚酸酯治疗乙肝病毒相关性肾炎效果明显,可有效改善相关指标水平,提高生活质量,促进病情稳定,为预后提供保障。

Objective To study the value of entecavir combined with mycophenolate mofetil in patients with hepatitis B virus-associated nephritis. Methods A total of 86 patients with hepatitis B virus-associated nephritis in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2018 were enrolled. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, with 43 patients in each group. The study group was treated with entecavir combined with mycophenolate mofetil. And the control group was treated with entecavir. The treatment results between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.70%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.07%)(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in urine protein, serum albumin, cholesterol and triglyceride levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the indicators in the study group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in appetite, mental, sleep and daily life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Entecavir combined with mycophenolate mofetil is effective in the treatment of hepatitis B virus-associated nephritis, which can effectively improve the relevant indicators, improve the quality of life, promote the stability of the disease, and provide a guarantee for the prognosis.
