按摩结合电刺激对盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的治疗效果研究

Therapeutic effect of massage combined with electrical stimulation on pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome

目的分析按摩结合电刺激对盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的治疗效果。方法选取2018年5～8月期间在我院治疗的盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者30例,对患者采取按摩结合电刺激治疗,对比患者治疗前后疼痛程度及盆底表面肌电变化。结果 30例患者治疗后总有效率为96.67%,治疗后腰部疼痛VAS评分较治疗前明显降低,患者治疗后前静息、后静息平均波幅低于治疗前,快速收缩、10 s持续收缩平均波幅均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论按摩结合电刺激治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征,患者疼痛程度明显减轻,盆底肌协调功能恢复,取得让人满意效果。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of massage combined with electrical stimulation on pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome. Methods Thirty patients with pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome treated in our hospital were selected from May to August 2018. The patients were treated with massage and electric stimulation to compare the degree of pain before and after treatment and the changes of sarcolemma surface electromyography. Results The total effective rate of 30 patients after treatment was 96.67%. The VAS score of lumbar pain after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment. The average amplitudes before and post resting after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the average amplitudes of rapid contraction and continuous contraction of 10s after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Massage combined with electrical stimulation for the treatment of pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome can significantly reduce the pain level of patients and restore the coordination function of pelvic floor muscles with satisfactory results.
