摘要
目的探讨表皮生长因子联合纳米银敷料治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月~2018年3月在我院诊断治疗的糖尿病患者60例为研究对象。随机分为研究组与对照组各30例。研究组局部使用表皮生长因子喷剂,用纳米银敷料包扎;对照组清创后局部应用凡士林纱布包扎。分别于治疗前、治疗1个月与2个月后评价患者伤口疼痛情况及Wagner分级。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后1个月及2个月研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月,研究组Wagner分级显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论表皮生长因子联合纳米银敷料治疗糖尿病足能显著提高患者临床疗效,促进创面恢复。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of epidermal growth factor combined with nano-silver dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 60 patients with diabetes diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The study group was treated topical growth factor spray and wrapped with nano silver dressing. The control group was applied with Vaseline gauze after debridement. Wound pain and Wagner grading were evaluated before treatment, at 1 month and 2 months after treatment, respectively. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The VAS scores of the Study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1 month and 2 months after treatment, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). After two months of treatment, the Wagner grading of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Epidermal growth factor combined with nano-silver dressing for the treatment of diabetic foot can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients and promote wound recovery.
