摘要
针对上湾选煤厂脱粉及全入洗工艺方案进行分析,根据目前实际生产情况,从技术经济方面系统地分析了采用不同洗选工艺下商品煤发热量、商品煤产量、经济效益等的变化规律。结果表明,在不同的市场背景下,获得最佳的经济效益需要优化生产工艺方式。
Based on the analysis of the fines removal and washing plan and the actual production situation in Shangwan coal preparation plant,the change laws of calorific value,output and economic benefit of commercial coal under different washing processes were systematically analyzed from the technical and economic aspects.The results show that under different market conditions,the optimal economic benefits can be obtained by optimizing the production process.
