浅埋深薄煤层综采面压架机理分析及防治对策 被引量:1

摘要 以神东公司榆家梁煤矿43303-2综采工作面压死支架为工程实例,通过地质资料分析,井上下矿压观测及工程验证等方法,分析综采工作面压架原因,揭示了压架事故机理。依据事故致因机理,提出了以地表深孔爆破解危集中煤柱及井下大孔径高压水预裂煤层顶板泄压技术为主要措施的防治对策,有效减小了动载矿压压架事故隐患,对类似开采条件煤矿的安全生产具有借鉴及推广价值。 Taking the support crushing in No.43303-2 fully mechanized mining face of Yujialiang coal mine as an example,through the analysis of geological data,mine pressure observation and engineering verification,the reasons of support crushing accident in fully mechanized working face were analyzed,the prevention measures of destroying concentrated coal pillars by deep-hole blasting and pre-splitting coal seam roof by large aperture and high pressure water were put forward,and the hidden danger of dynamic load pressure crushing was effectively reduced,which has reference and popularization value for the safety production of coal mines under similar mining conditions.
