随着设备管理的精细化要求越来越高,为减少非计划停产维修时间,设备温度和振动在线监测系统越来越重要,文中结合神东大柳塔煤矿大柳塔井对上仓胶带机驱动滚筒改造经验,总结了胶带机滚筒温度及振动在线监测改造技术的实施过程。

With the refinement of equipment management,in order to reduce unplanned shutdown maintenance time,the on-line monitoring for temperature and vibration of equipments is more and more important.Combined with the production of Daliuta coal mine,the driving roller of belt conveyor was transformed,and the technological transformation process of on-line monitoring system for temperature and vibration of belt conveyor roller was summarized.
