摘要
为了定量化评价钢管混凝土内部空洞和钢管与混凝土脱黏两种缺陷,文中结合超声波法与红外热成像法对钢管混凝土进行缺陷检测。研究先采用红外热成像法检验钢管壁与混凝土的脱黏现象,然后采用超声波法检测钢管混凝土的内部空洞。试验表明,本研究可以有效地评价钢管混凝土结构的两种缺陷,同时检测方法简单,成本较低。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the internal cavity of concretefilled steel tube and the debonding between steel tube and concrete. Thecombination of ultrasonic method and infrared thermal imaging method have been used to detect the defects of concretefilled steel tube. In this study, infrared thermal imaging was used to test the debonding phenomenon between steel tube wall and concrete, and then the internal cavity of concrete-filled steel tube was detected by ultrasonic method. Experimental studies have shown that this study can efficiently evaluate two kinds of defects of concrete-filled steel tubular structures. At the same time, the detection method is simple and the cost is low.
