配合比参数对透水混凝土性能影响试验研究

摘要 为找出配合比参数对透水混凝土性能影响主次关系及得出最后配合比参数组合,设计三因素三水平正交试验,构建三层结构模型。首先,由试验得出透水混凝土28d抗压强度及透水系数,建立正交设计试验表,再引入矩阵分析法,按照步骤进行计算,然后根据三层矩阵得出各指标权重矩阵以及总权度矩阵,得出三个参数对单个考察指标的影响主次关系,以及对每个考察指标的最优参数组合,最终分析得到所考察多指标下配合比参数对其性能影响的主次关系及最佳配合比参数组合。为实际工程中透水混凝土配合比设计提供依据。 In order to explore the primary and secondary relationship of the impact of mix ratio parameters on the performance of pervious concrete and find out the combination of final mix proportion parameter, orthogonal experiment and construct three-layer structure model were designed. Firstly,the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of 28d pervious concrete were obtained from experiment,the orthogonal design test table was established,and then matrix analysis was introduced to calculate.According to the three-layer matrix,the weight matrix, the total weight matrix, the influence of three parameters on a single index and the optimal combination of parameters for each survey index were obtained. Finally, through researching and analyzing,the mixture ratio parameters affect the primary and secondary relationships and the best combination of parameters can be got,which provides the reference for the design of pervious concrete mix proportion in practical engineering.
