摘要
针对既有铁路有站台柱雨棚构件脱落、风揭、漏雨和耐久性差等问题,以京沪铁路丹阳火车站和镇江火车站雨棚改造工程为例,提出了一种受力合理、传力简单、施工方便且抗风揭、抗构件脱落的新型金属屋面结构形式。为验证该结构的安全性,对新型金属屋面进行结构设计和分析,并采用有限元方法和风揭试验验证结构计算的正确性。该新型金属屋面体系已应用于实际设计中,其结构合理,工法先进,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the problems of the existing railway canopy with platform columns falling off, wind uncovering, rain leakage and poor durability, taking the renovation project of the canopy at Danyang railway station and Zhenjiang railway station as examples, a canopy of new type of metal roof structure with reasonable loading, simple force transmission, convenient construction and anti-wind uncovering, anti-component falling off is put forward. To verify the safety of the structure, the canopy with new type of metal roof structure were designed and analyzed, and the finite element method and the wind exposure test were carried out to make a further verification of the correctness of the structure calculation. The canopy with new type of metal roof structure has been applied in practical engineering, which has reasonable structure, advanced construction method and a broad application prospects.
