土地置换理念下的种植屋面问题研究

STUDY ON PLANTING ROOFS UNDER THE CONCEPT OF LAND REPLACEMENT

近年来,随着我国城镇化进程的不断推进,城镇建设用地趋紧、城市洪涝灾害频发等城市问题随之而来。在此背景下,对土地置换的定义、发展途径作以介绍,通过赋予土地置换新理念,就种植屋面的涵义、功能进行论述;并对种植屋面的政策规程和实践推进情况予以梳理;通过分析并揭示种植屋面在实际工程应用中存在的问题并提出解决措施,以期为国内种植屋面技术的推广建设提供借鉴。

In recent years, with the continuous advancement of urbanization in China, many problems such as tighten construction land, frequent urban flood disasters and serious haze pollution have followed. Against this background, this paper introduces the concept of land replacement and discusses the meaning and function of planting roof by endowing. The policy regulations and practice progress of planting roof are reviewed by analyzing and revealing the problems existed in the practical engineering application of planting roof. The solution are also given to providing domestic planting roof and to provide reference about construction promotion.
