With optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure of the company and under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid, it is one of the effective measures to promote the integration of centralized monitoring and power grid dispatching for the operation of substation equipment and realizing the integrated manage-ment model of regulation and control. Integrated operation and management model of regula-tion and control, based on centralized monitoring and innovation of substation operation man-agement, is in line with the goal of building a strong smart power grid by the State Grid Company. The paper introduces the research and application of integrated control manage-ment model in the power grid of the company.
