摘要
介绍了通过采取调整降低进空冷塔气体温度,加强加热炉再生能力,根据再生程度调整再生时间,缩短分子筛排水周期等优化操作能解决分子筛带水导致工作末期二氧化碳超标事故,从而延长空分运行周期,提高经济效益。
Optimized operation measures such as lowering the air temperature entering the air cooling tower, increasing the regenerating capacity of the heating furnace, adjusting regenerating time according to regenerating degree and shortening molecule sieve drainage cy? cle were taken, to treat the excessive CO2 fault due to water on molecule sieve at the final service phase of the purifier, which has prolonged the operation cycle of air separation and improved economic performance.
