摘要
以某钢铁公司3200 m3高炉鼓风机配套的220 t/h燃气锅炉长期低负荷条件下的稳定运行为研究对象,对锅炉水循环及燃烧的稳定性进行了分析,针对锅炉不同负荷下上升管流速进行了复校计算,并提出了系统的改进和运行中的优化调整措施建议。
Taking the stable operation of a 220 t / h gas boiler for some steelmaker’s 3200m3 BF blower under long-term low load condition as an investigation objective, the paper analyzes the stability of boiler water circulating and combustion, conducts correction calculation of the riser flowrate under different boiler load and puts forward optimization measures for system improvement and operation.
