摘要
针对精密滴料产品尺寸一致性较差的问题,开展了相关的实验研究。分析了影响产品尺寸一致性的主要因素,发现各工位相同的过模风量对应不同的鼓入风量,表明管路存在气密性问题。通过定量实验分析,确定了不同规格产品最佳的过模风量,显著提高了产品尺寸的一致性。
Aiming at the problem of the poor dimensional consistency of fine gobs, the corresponding experimental research was carried out. The main factors that affect the dimensional consistency of the product were analyzed. The same air volume passed over models of each station is found to correspond to the different blasting air volume. It indicates that the pipeline has the air tightness problem. Through quantitative experimental analysis, the optimum air volume passed mould for different products was determined, and then the dimensional consistency of product was significantly improved.
