摘要 玻璃高温电阻率对玻璃电熔化具有重要意义,高温状态下测量玻璃导电特性,为玻璃电熔化提供必要的技术支撑。在高温状态下的玻璃液电阻率是全电熔或电助熔玻璃窑设计的重要参数之一。本文总结了3种适用玻璃高温电阻率测试方法,分别为电位探针直接测量法、电桥法和四探针法。并详细描述了3种方法的测试原理、优点和存在的问题,从而为玻璃高温电阻率测量提供有益参考。 The high-temperature resistivity of glass is of great significance to electric glass melting process. The conductive properties of glass at high temperature are measured to provide the necessary technical support for electric glass melting technology. The glass resistivity at high temperature is one of the important parameters for both the all electric glass melting furnace and electrical boosting process. In this paper, three methods for measuring the high temperature resistivity of glass were summarized. They were the direct measurement method of potential probe, the alternating current method and the continuously varying cell constant method. The test principles, advantages and problems of each method were described in detail. It provides a useful reference for measurement of glass resistivity at high temperature.
