冠状动脉造影联合斑块钙化积分对评估冠状动脉狭窄的价值研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉造影(CTCA)联合斑块钙化积分对评估冠状动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法选择2016年5月至2018年5月期间,在我院进行CTCA检查患者60例作为研究对象,比较与侵入性冠状动脉造影(ICA)对狭窄血管检出率的差异。在CTCA图像中采用斑块钙化积分评估冠状动脉狭窄情况。结果 CTCA与ICA对狭窄血管的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冠状动脉明显狭窄组的斑块钙化积分明显高于冠状动脉无明显狭窄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CTCA诊断曲线下面积为0.825,灵敏度为84.6%,特异度为83.7%,斑块钙化积分曲线下面积为0.803,灵敏度为80.4%,特异度为79.5%,CTCA联合斑块钙化积分曲线下面积为0.938,灵敏度为94.5%,特异度为93.7%。结论 CTCA联合斑块钙化积分可提高对冠状动脉狭窄的评估准确率,具有很高敏感度及特异度,临床应用价值较高。
