以就业为导向的统计学专业课程设置的改进研究——以沧州师范学院为例 被引量:1

Study on Curriculum Setting for Employment-oriented Statistics Major——Taking Cangzhou Normal University as an Example

摘要 以就业为导向,根据对用人单位的需求分析,结合美国统计学专业的课程设置,以及美国统计学会提出的统计学专业毕业生应具备的五种能力,分析沧州师范学院统计学专业现行人才培养方案和课程设置存在的问题,提出修订培养目标、优化课程结构和课程内容、创新考核方法、增加实践类课程等措施,以期实现培养复合型高级统计分析人才的目标. Under the guidance of employment-orientation,the current situation of employers’demands and the personnel training programs of Statistics in Cangzhou Normal University are analyzed,taking into consideration the curriculum of statistics in America and the five abilities that the statistics professional graduates should have proposed by American Statistical Association,problems in curriculum setting in Statistics are pointed out.Suggestions are put forward to revise training objectives,optimize curriculum structure and create new ways of evaluation in order to produce all rounded senior statistical talents.
