Analyzing of the Patents Citing the Core Patents of COOLMOS

摘要 核心专利带动技术发展。本文检索了COOLMOS核心专利的引文专利数据,分析了这些专利的申请趋势、主要申请人,以英飞凌为代表进一步分析了如何在核心专利的基础上进行专利布局,借助专利稳固自身的市场地位。 Core patent drive technology development. By searching the patents citing the core patent of COOLMOS, this paper analyzed the trend of the patents, the main applicant of the technology field. Taking Infineon as the representative, this artical further analyzed how to make a patent layout on the basis of core patents and stabilize its market position by means of patents.
