中速磨煤机是大型火电机组的重要辅机设备,其运行稳定与否直接关系到整个机组的安全稳定。本文通过统计24次磨煤机着火爆炸事故,发现中速磨煤机相较于钢球磨运行更加稳定。同时,分析了磨煤机着火爆炸的直接原因,并提出预防措施,为相同类型磨煤机系统的检修维护及技术培训提供经验。

Medium speed coal pulverizer is an important auxiliary equipment of large thermal power unit, and whether the operation is stable or not is directly related to the safety and stability of the whole unit. Through statistics of the 24 coal pulverizer's fire and explosion accident, it was found that the medium speed mill was more stable than the steel ball mill. At the same time, the direct cause of the ignition and explosion of the coal pulverizer was analyzed, and the preventive measures were put forward to provide experience for the maintenance and technical training of the same type coal mill system.
