煤矿电机车气动振动式撒砂装置的设计与应用

Design and Application of Pneumatic Vibrating Sand Sprinkling Device for Coal Mine Motor Vehicle

撒砂装置是电机车的重要组成部分,其好坏直接影响电机车的运输效率、电机车的制动效果。本文通过分析现有撒砂装置在实际应用中存在的一系列缺点,设计了一种气动振动器给砂、筛网滤砂、锥面分流器排砂的矿用电机车撒砂装置,取得了良好的效果。

Sand sprinkling device is an important part of motor vehicles. The quality of the sanding device directly affects the efficiency of the electric locomotive and the braking effect of the electric locomotive. In this paper, the author analysed a series of shortcomings existing in the actual application of sand sprinkling device, and designed a sand sprinkling device for mining motor vehicles with pneumatic vibrator, sand, screen and conical shunt. The sand sanding device has achieved good results.
