Development and Application of Embedded Iron Seat Positioning Device for Angola AG Fastener System

本文参考国内现有Ⅲb型轨枕预埋铁座在钢模内的定位方式,结合汝州郑铁三佳水泥制品有限公司以往生产经验和安哥拉铁路局的相关质量验收要求,进行了预埋铁座的在钢模内的精确定位方式的研究和生产中的安装工艺试验。通过本项目的研究并成功应用,解决了安哥拉轨枕制作的关键技术难题,一次成功预制出了合格的轨枕,并保证产品在生产过程中一次合格率达到99%以上,降低了生产成本,满足了客户生产时间和产品质量的要求。

In this paper, by referring to the existing positioning mode of the existing type Ⅲ B sleeper preburied iron seat in the steel die, combined with the previous production experience of the Ruzhou Zhengtie Sanjia Cement Products Co., Ltd. and the relevant quality acceptance requirements of the Angola Railway Bureau, the research on the precise positioning mode of the pre embedded iron seat in the steel die and the installation process test in the production were carried out. Through the research and successful application of this project, the key technical problems of the Angola sleeper production were solved. The qualified sleeper was successfully prefabricated at a time, and the product's first pass rate of the product was above 99% in the production process, the production cost was reduced, and the customer's production time and product quality were met.
