基于Jenike流动理论的小麦预压实应力研究

摘要 小麦的流动性研究是小麦安全储运的基础,其模拟得出的预压实应力数据可以用于优化筒仓的各个参数。本文基于Jenike流动理论分析了小麦的流动性,通过离散元软件EDEM模拟小麦剪切过程。模拟得出了实际剪切过程中需要施加的合理预压实应力范围要小于500N。试验成果预压实应力范围数据可用于散状物料仓储设备的设计,对仓储设备的成拱及小麦物料输送装置的堆积等研究具有重要意义。 The study of wheat mobility is the basis for safe storage and transportation of wheat.The simulated pre-compacted stress data can be used to optimize various parameters of the silo.In this paper,the mobility of wheat was analyzed based on Jenike flow theory.The shearing process of wheat was simulated by discrete element software EDEM,and the shearing of wheat was studied by Jenike shear.The test showd that the reasonable pre-compacting stress range to be applied during the actual shearing process was less than 500N.The pre-compaction stress range data of the test results can be used in the design of bulk material storage equipment,which is of great significance to the research of arching of storage equipment and accumulation of wheat material conveyor equipment.
