基于盾构液压马达故障联合仿真的模糊控制设计

摘要 针对盾构机刀盘液压驱动系统中因马达卡死或咬死引起的系统安全、施工效率低等问题,建立了变量泵-变量马达调速回路,采用AMESim进行联合仿真,采用模糊控制策略改变变量马达的排量。结果表明,通过模糊控制可以较好地实现系统压力的稳定以及刀盘的正常运转。 In order to solve the problems of system safety and low construction efficiency caused by motor jam or seizure in the hydraulic drive system of the shield machine cutter,a variable pump-variable motor speed control loop was established,and the cutter drive hydraulic system was established by AMESim software.The simulation model was co-simulated by AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink,and the fuzzy control strategy was used to change the displacement of the variable motor.The results showed that the stability of the system pressure and the normal operation of the cutter head could be achieved well by fuzzy control.
