摘要
某高压气瓶自动氩弧焊焊接过程中出现的瓶身电弧击伤和咬边故障可以通过以下方法解决。通过改进焊接工装定位结构,增大零件与工装的接触面积,优化工装材料,选择导热性导电性更好的紫铜解决了电弧击伤问题;增加一个拖后保护罩工装,避免了焊缝周围氧化,解决了咬边现象。
The arc damage and undercut of a high-pressure cylinder during automatic argon arc welding can be solved by the following methods.The problem of arc damage was solved by improving the positioning structure of welding tools,increasing the contact area between parts and tools,optimizing tooling materials,selecting copper with better thermal conductivity and conductivity,and adding a protective shield tooling to avoid oxidation around the weld seam and solve the undercut phenomenon.
