基于风险的检验(RBI)技术在某天然气液化装置中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 采集某天然气液化装置的设计、安装、运行、维护保养、历年检验及介质化验等相关信息,分析装置中设备损伤机理,识别其失效模式;并运用DNV RBI Onshore软件对该装置主工艺流程中设备进行失效可能性和失效后果分析与计算,确定了各设备项的风险大小并排序,提出了针对性的检验计划。通过现场针对性的检验,结果表明现场检验中发现问题与前期评估结果较为一致,有效的降低了设备的运行风险。 The design and installation information,operation and maintenance records,calendar inspection reports and media test reports and other information of a natural gas liquefaction plant were collected to analyze the equipment damage mechanisms and identify the failure modes.The software of DNV ORBIT Onshore was used to analyze and calculate the failure probability and failure consequence of equipments and pipelines in the main process of the liquefaction plant,and the risk level of every equipment and pipeline were determined and ranked,then a targeted inspection plan was proposed.The results of field-specific inspection showed that the problems found in the field inspection were in good agreement with the previous assessment results,and the operational risk of the equipments and pipelines were effectively reduced.
