摘要
基于专家系统,依托PMS、EMS系统和智能告警,设计和实现了一种主网线路故障时设备台帐及处理原则实时推送系统。实施时,先总结不同类型、长度和型号主网线路的故障处理原则,生成通用的专家知识库;再从PMS系统自动导出主网线路的设备台帐,自动导入EMS系统。智能告警判定线路故障时,调度员调阅推理简报即可得到线路台帐和故障处置原则,大大提高了事故处理效率,保障了事故处理的正确性。
Based on the expert system and relied on PMS,EMS system and intelligent alarm,a real time pushing system for equipments account and fault handling principle when power line was broken was designed and implemented.In the implementation,the fault handling principles of the power of different types,models and lengths were summarized,and a general expert knowledge base was generated.Then,the equipments account of the power line was automatically derived from the PMS system,and was automatically imported into the EMS system.When the intelligent alarm determined the line fault,the dispatcher can get the principle of line account and fault disposal by the dispatcher’s reading and inference,which greatly improved the efficiency of accident treatment and ensured the correctness of the accident treatment.
