摘要
闭式整体叶盘流道型腔区域是一个半封闭的区域,流道型腔区域四周有围带、轮毂及相邻2个叶片。考虑到刀具加工的可达性以及对叶片前缘、后缘材料的铣削,刀具无法从前缘或后缘进刀一次直接完成整个流道型腔的加工,因此需要分别从前、后缘进刀。分析了闭式整体叶盘流道粗加工刀具规划,研究了分别从前、后缘进刀的2个对接加工区域的分割及每个加工区域内分层面的构造,提出了一种相统一的分割面、分层面构造方法,并在每个分层曲面上完成了刀路规划。试切验证结果表明,该刀路规划方法可靠,生成的刀路平滑,无干涉。
The flow pocket area of integral shrouded blisk was half-closed area,and the flow pocket was surrounded by a shroud,a hub and two adjacent blades.Took into account the accessibility of the tool and the milling of the leading and trailing edge materials of the blade,the tool cannot complete the machining of the entire cavity from the leading edge or the trailing edge,therefore,it was necessary to feed from the leading and trailing edges respectively.Firstly,the tool path planning of the rough machining for flow pocket of the integral shrouded blisk was analyzed,the segmentation of the two buttjoining regions from the leading edge and trailing edge was studied,and the structure of the sub-layers in each processing region was also studied,a unified split surface of layered construction method was proposed,and the tool path planning was completed on each layered surface.The testing results showed that the tool planning was reliable,the generated tool path was smooth with no interference.
