自动开封盖螺栓拧紧机的控制与故障诊断研究

摘要 自动开封盖装置是核电厂放射性废物处理系统的关键设备,主要用于自动完成放射性废物钢桶桶盖的加装和分离,属于自动化程度较高的设备,其核心是螺栓拧紧机的自动拧紧技术。研究从螺栓拧紧机入手,通过对机械结构、控制系统的设计,研究开发出一种新的过程控制与故障诊断系统。在拧螺栓的过程中能实时监测拧紧扭矩、旋转圈数和拧入/出状态等信息,同时系统能自动识别与诊断螺栓卡死、无螺栓等故障状态,极大地提高了螺栓拧紧机的可靠性,减少了放射性废物处理系统运维检修时间和运维人员的介入,也为拧紧机的扩展运用奠定了技术基础。 Automatic capping device is the key equipment of the radioactive wastes treatment system in nuclear power plant.It was mainly used for screwing in or out of the radioactive wastes metal drum.It belonged to a high degree of automation equipment,and the core technology was the automatic tightening technology of bolt tightening machine.The research started from bolt tightening machine,a new process control and fault diagnosis system was developed through the design of mechanical structure and control system.During tightening the bolt,the system can monitor real-time information,such as the tightening torque,number of tightening,and the state of screwing in or out,at the same time,it can also automatically identify and diagnose the failure sate of bolt sticking,non-bolt and so on.The system greatly improved reliability of automation of the bolt tightening machine,reduced the operation and maintenance time and staff participation of radioactive wastes treatment system,and laid a technical foundation for the application of the tightening machine in other industries.
